Laura Kemble
Broker/Owner
Laura Kemble is the Broker and Co-Owner of Sunset Realty in Panora, Iowa, bringing deep local expertise and a client-focused approach to every transaction. She holds several respected real estate designations, including RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist), CREN (Certified Real Estate Negotiator), ISDP (Interior Staging and Design Professional), and the highly regarded CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation—earned by only 3% of REALTORS® nationwide.
Laura began her real estate career in 2014 with Berkshire Hathaway in West Des Moines before transitioning in September of that year to Lake Panorama Realty in Panora. In 2019, she helped open Sunset Realty, where she continues to serve clients with integrity, market knowledge, and strong negotiation skills.
A resident of Panora and Lake Panorama since 1987, Laura offers unmatched familiarity with the community, its neighborhoods, and its lifestyle. Originally from Bourbonnais, Illinois, she earned her associate degree from Brooks College in Long Beach, California. Prior to real estate, her professional background included retail management, personal assistant work with Hartford Funds, pharmacy technician experience at Medicap Pharmacy, and early childhood education. She owned, directed, and taught at a local preschool for nine years while also serving as a seasonal manager at Lake Panorama National Resort & Conference Center.
Laura remains actively involved in the community, currently serving on the Little Panther Preschool Board and volunteering when possible. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, practicing yoga, and caring for her mother.
Laura and her husband, Scott—a Panora native—live on the west side of Lake Panorama and are proud parents of three grown children.

Angie Worth
Broker Associate/Owner
Angie Worth is a Broker Associate and co-owner of Sunset Realty, bringing a strong background in leadership, administration, and client service to her real estate career. Angie began working with Sunset Realty in 2019 as the office administrator and transaction coordinator. In 2020, she earned her real estate license and successfully balanced selling properties while continuing to manage key office operations.
In October 2023, Angie became a co-owner of Sunset Realty. She went on to pass her broker examinations and officially received her Broker Associate license in January 2024, further solidifying her role as a leader within the company.
Prior to entering real estate, Angie worked for Panorama Schools for two years. Before relocating to Lake Panorama, she spent 16 years at CASS Incorporated in Atlantic, Iowa, serving as Employment Director, and worked for 10 years as the Office Manager of Four Corners Travel. Her extensive professional experience has provided a strong foundation in organization, communication, and relationship-building.
Angie and her husband John moved to Lake Panorama in 2016, where they enjoy waterfront living. They also enjoy traveling, biking, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. They are blessed with three grown children, all married, along with five grandsons and three granddaughters. Angie is also deeply committed to giving back to her community and currently serves in the role of Past President of the Panora Chamber of Commerce, as well as an active member of the Panora Area Development Group. These organizations give her a way to volunteer as well as support efforts to grow and strengthen the local community.

Dave Wagler
Broker Associate
Dave Wagler has been serving buyers and sellers in Guthrie County since 2012, focusing on Panora, Guthrie Center, and the Lake Panorama area. With over a decade of local market expertise, he helps clients navigate every step of a real estate transaction with strategic pricing insight, clear communication, and steady guidance from listing to closing.
After seven successful years as a salesperson and broker at Lake Panorama Realty, Dave co-founded Sunset Realty in 2019 alongside Laura Kemble. His background in construction and civil engineering gives him a unique perspective, allowing him to accurately assess property value, explain home features with confidence, and anticipate potential challenges before they arise—an advantage that consistently benefits his clients.
Dave earned an Associate of Applied Science degree from Hawkeye Institute of Technology and spent more than 20 years in construction estimating and project management, overseeing projects ranging from thousands to millions of dollars. This experience instilled a detail-oriented, deadline-driven approach and strong negotiation skills, ensuring transactions move smoothly and efficiently.
Outside of real estate, Dave enjoys electronics repair, home improvement, landscaping, and the occasional round of golf. He and his wife, Shanell, have called the Panora area home since 2002, living on an acreage southeast of town. Dave treasures time with his children and grandchildren and finds joy in the quiet beauty of nature, wildlife, and the serene flow of the Middle Raccoon River near his home.

Leslie Anderson
Realtor/Office Admin
Leslie Anderson is the administrator and transaction coordinator at Sunset Realty. She joined the Sunset team in October 2023 and earned her real estate license in January 2024. Leslie has combined her attention to detail with a strong commitment to client service, helping ensure smooth, well-organized transactions from start to finish.
Originally from Gowrie, Iowa, Leslie brings a professional background rooted in customer service, financial operations, and inventory management. She spent six years as a Customer Service Representative with AP Air Inc. in Humboldt before relocating to Nebraska in 2018. While in Norfolk, she worked for Weiland Doors in both Accounts Payable and Inventory Specialist roles. After returning to Iowa in 2021, Leslie and her family settled on the east side of Lake Panorama. Prior to Sunset Realty, she worked at Guthrie County State Bank in Panora for two years.
Having grown up in a small-town community, Leslie and her husband, Derek, knew they wanted to raise their two boys in a close-knit community. Panora and the Lake Panorama area proved to be the perfect place to call home.
When she’s not working, Leslie enjoys spending time with her family, attending her kid’s sporting events, and golfing—often taking advantage of the Lake Panorama lifestyle she loves to share with buyers and sellers.

Ben Hayes
Broker Associate
Ben Hayes is a Broker Associate with Sunset Realty, joining the firm in January 2024 after earning his real estate license in 2023. He specializes in Land & Acreage sales, bringing a strong background in business and agriculture to every transaction.
A Panora, Iowa native, Ben grew up in the area and currently resides west of town. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Northern Iowa in 2013 and a Master’s degree in Business from Iowa State University in 2017.
Before entering real estate, Ben spent more than 11 years working as a Construction Project Manager in the Des Moines area, where he developed a reputation for organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail. In addition to his real estate career, Ben is actively involved in his family’s farming operation, which includes cattle and row crop production—giving him firsthand knowledge of agricultural land and rural assets.
Ben is deeply committed to his community and volunteers extensively, serving with the Panora Fire Department, Panora Chamber, Panora Area Development Group, and several other local organizations. With his strong professional background and detail-oriented approach, Ben is a trusted resource for real estate asset planning, strategic decision-making, and successful transactions.
