Laura Kemble
Broker/Owner
Laura Kemble is the broker and co-owner of Sunset Realty in Panora. Her real estate designations include, RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist), CREN (Certified Real Estate Negotiator), ISDP (Interior Staging and Design Professional) and she has earned the coveted CRS Designation (Certified Residential Specialist) which only 3% of REALTORS have achieved. Laura began her real estate career as a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway in West Des Moines, IA in 2014 and in September of that year made the move to sell for Lake Panorama Realty in Panora, IA – then she helped open Sunset Realty in 2019 -also in Panora, IA.
A Panora and Lake Panorama resident since 1987, Laura knows every winding road that encompasses the area. Originally from Bourbonnais, Illinois, she earned her Associates degree from Brooks College in Long Beach, California. Laura then worked in retail for four years before moving to Panora, Iowa, where she worked as a personal assistant for Hartford Funds and Medicap Pharmacy as a technician. As the kids got older, Laura worked as a teacher’s assistant for the Early Learning Center in Panora, she then bought the preschool where she owned, directed and taught for nine years while also serving as a seasonal manager at Lake Panorama National Resort & Conference Center.
She currently serves on the Little Panther Preschool Board and volunteers when she can. Laura loves to spend time with her family, read, go to yoga classes & she stays busy caring for her parents who are well into their 90’s.
Laura and her husband, Scott, a Panora native, live on the west side of Lake Panorama and have three grown children.

Angie Worth
Broker Associate/Owner
Angie Worth is a Broker Associate and co-owner of Sunset Realty. Angie started with Sunset as the office administrator/transaction coordinator in 2019. In 2020 she earned her real estate license and sold some properties along with doing her other office duties. In October 2023, Angie became a co-owner of the company and she passed her brokers exams and then received her Broker Associate license in January 2024. Before her real estate career began, Angie worked for Panorama Schools for two years. Prior to moving to Lake Panorama she worked at CASS Incorporated in Atlantic, IA for 16 years as the Employment Director as well as the Office Manager of Four Corners Travel in Atlantic for 10 years.
Angie and her husband, John moved to the lake in 2016 and love the “lake life” Angie states, “Waking up each morning and looking out over the lake is very fulfilling to me. It’s a lifestyle that encourages relaxation and enjoyment every day. My goal at Sunset Realty is to help others find that happiness in lake living as well.”
Angie and John also enjoy traveling, golfing and spending time with family and friends. They have three grown children, all married, along with three grandsons and two granddaughters.

Dave Wagler
Broker Associate
Dave Wagler began his real estate career in August of 2012. He has spent his entire real estate career selling properties in Guthrie County, but focusing mostly on Panora, Guthrie Center and Lake Panorama. He spent his first 7 years as a salesperson/broker at Lake Panorama Realty, and in 2019 he co-founded Sunset Realty with Laura Kemble.
Dave grew up in the small town of Sigourney in Southeast Iowa, and graduated from High School in 1984. Dave has a construction/civil engineering background and graduated with an Associate of Applied Science Degree from Hawkeye Institute of Technology in 1986. He worked as an engineering technician at Polk County Engineers Department for 3 years. He then went into construction estimating, working for both Corell Contractor for 3 years and McAninch Corporation for 19 years. Bidding construction projects ranging in thousands of dollars to millions of dollars taught him to be detailed, focused and prompt, which are also traits of a great realtor.
In his spare time, Dave enjoys electronics repair, home improvements, landscaping and an occasional round of golf. His family moved to the area in 2002, and he lives on an acreage Southeast of Panora with wife, Shanell. They have a daughter and son in law and they recently welcomed their first grandchild. Their son lives in a cabin on their acreage. Dave enjoys the sounds of nature, watching the wildlife and hearing the peaceful sounds of the Middle Raccoon River flowing by their home.

Leslie Anderson
Realtor/Office Admin
Leslie Anderson is the administrator and transaction coordinator at Sunset Realty. Leslie joined the Sunset team in October 2023 and she earned her real estate license in January 2024.
Leslie is originally from Gowrie, IA and she worked for AP Air Inc in Humboldt, IA as a Customer Service Representative for six years before moving to Nebraska in 2018. While in NE, she worked for Weiland Doors in Norfolk, NE in Accounts Payable and as an Inventory Specialist for three years. In 2021 she and her family move back to Iowa and purchased a home on the east side of Lake Panorama. Prior to joining Sunset Realty, she worked at Guthrie County State Bank in Panora, IA for two years.
Growing up in a small town, Leslie and her husband Derek knew they wanted to raise their children in a small community and the Panora and Lake Panorama areas are a great fit!
In her spare time, Leslie enjoys spending time with their kids, attending their sporting events, and golfing.

Ben Hayes
Realtor
Ben Hayes joined Sunset Realty in January 2024 after earning his real estate license in 2023 and is focused on the company’s farmland & acreage sales.
Ben grew up here in Panora, IA and currently resides west of town. He obtained a degree in Construction Management from the University of Northern Iowa in 2013 and a Masters of Business from Iowa State University in 2017. After working as a Project Manager at The Weitz Company for 5 years, Ben has more recently been working as a Senior Project Manager at Formation Group in Johnston, IA.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys the “farm life” which includes managing a herd of cattle with his brothers as well as being a part-owner in Twin Vines Winery & Vineyard just west of Panora. Ben is also an active member of the Panora Fire Department where he volunteers when he is able to.
